| Project Title/ Area | Development of Lab diary to record trouble shooting details in engineering systems at GMRT |
| Project Description | Develop a database program to record fault detection,corrective measures taken in the subsystems at GMRT.Data is expected to be filled in Lab. where the faulty unit is opened and corrected. Which give more details upto the faulty component level but linked to the original“callsheet”which reported the original problem. The students will develop a GUI based data entry webpage accessible to staff members,a database structure linked to original callsheet with all details to help in future analysis. |

| Essential Qualification | 3rd year students of Computer Engineering discipline from a recognized Institute/University. Students should have earned first class in completed semesters. Expected skills : Basic understanding of electronics components. Knowledge of programming languages, data base development, webpage design. |
